I’m a binge eating disorder & food addiction recovery coach.

Struggling with binge eating?

I'm working on developing important resources for you, integrating principles from the fields of neuroscience, occupational therapy, mindfulness, somatic psychology, and exercise science. I'm currently conducting research interviews to dive deeper into the experiences of women who binge, have food addiction, or compulsively overeat. If you have 30 minutes to contribute to this research, I'd love to hear your perspectives.

About Me

I empower educated, ambitious women to break free from binge eating and food addiction and reclaim their health and well-being. Through tailored mindfulness practices, sensory tools, abstinent nutrition, and other holistic approaches, I help navigate them to freedom from compulsions so they can live out their unique, wild journey of life as they choose.

If you’ve tried talk therapy and talked for a million years about relationships, past trauma, cognitive distortions, diet logs, and more, and are still binge eating like crazy, let’s try something else. I specialize in body-based approaches to self-regulation and coping with urges to binge eat. You may discover in working with me that recovery is quite literally a process of coming to your senses.
