The Befriending Your Body™ Program

A Somatic Recovery program teaching you the skills of embodiment and self-compassion for disordered eating and making peace with your body, food, and self.

Why this program

If you’re ready for a gentler, smarter way to heal your relationship with food, body, and self—one that goes through the body (not around it)—this is for you. We’ll build practical skills in embodiment and self-compassion so you can regulate tough emotions, reduce urgency, and choose from a calmer place.

What makes it different

Body-first, trauma-informed

We work with your nervous system, not against it.

Evidence-informed practices

Interoceptive awareness, mindfulness, and self-compassion—applied to real life.

Skills over stories

Less rehashing, more in-the-moment practice and integration.

Kind, doable, repeatable

Tools you can use at the table, in the kitchen, and on the go.

What you'll experience:

This program will offer you a new view on recovery—one that is unique, integrative, and holistic—helping you develop the respectful and trusting relationship with your body, food, and self that you’ve been searching for.

Different from a support group or therapy group, The Befriending Your Body™ Program is a psycho-educational program designed to teach you about your brain, nervous system, and the inner communication of your body that may have been lost along the way. We’re not here to retell stories—we’re here to share in-the-moment experiences and practice the skills that bring you back home to yourself.

Through this program, you will:

What’s included
