Unlike other mindful eating programs that conflate mindful eating with intuitive eating or eating everything in moderation, this approach is specifically designed for abstainers—people who thrive by eliminating ultra-processed foods and/or setting clear boundaries around eating.

Whether you’re recovering from binge eating, food addiction, or simply navigating life in a body that’s been hard to feel at home in—Feel & Flow offers a compassionate space to come back to yourself. Through five weekly 90-minute live sessions blending soft tissue release, mindful mobility, floor-based movement, interoceptive awareness, and guided reflection, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s cues, regulate through sensation, and move with gentleness and curiosity. No dance experience required—just a willingness to feel, move, and heal.
