Through five weekly 90-minute live sessions blending soft tissue release, mindful mobility, floor-based movement, interoceptive awareness, and guided reflection, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s cues, regulate through sensation, and move with gentleness and curiosity. No dance experience required—just a willingness to feel, move, and heal.
