In this 15-minute guided session, we’ll move through a series of intentional, feel-good practices I’ve curated from Qi-Gong, Z-Health, Brain Gym, and Dr. Perry’s lymphatic reset protocol.

This is more than a warm-up—it’s a full-body sensory awakening designed to regulate your nervous system, enhance brain-body communication, and support lasting recovery from stress, anxiety, and disordered eating.

We’ll use rhythmic movements like figure eights and the cross-crawl to activate the cerebellum and engage both hemispheres of the brain—improving coordination, emotional regulation, and cognitive clarity.

You’ll also stimulate key lymphatic points to help your body drain toxins, reduce inflammation, and support immunity.

Other benefits include:

Sharpening your body’s sensory maps to improve interoception (your ability to feel internal cues like hunger, fullness, and emotional shifts).

Gentle practices that calm the mind and bring you into the present moment.

Improving spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination through easy, patterned movement.

Boosting focus, reducing overwhelm, and supporting binge recovery by reconnecting to the body—one small sensation at a time.

We’ll tap, massage, trace figure 8s, bounce, breathe, and cross-crawl our way into a more regulated state—so you feel clear, calm, and connected.
