There are some things you simply can’t understand with your mind.
You have to experience them in your body.
This is one of them.
I recently created a 10-minute feel-good warm-up that brings together practices from my background in athletic training, Qi Gong, Brain Gym, and somatic movement. And what I’ve been hearing from people who’ve tried it has been incredibly moving.
One client told me it completely erased her back pain. Others say they feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded afterward.
Why This Warm-Up Is Different
This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s not about burning calories. It’s not about “fixing” yourself.
It’s about coming back into gentle relationship with your body.
In this short practice, we use gentle, rhythmic, cross-body movements to:
Wake up the brain-body connection
Improve coordination and balance
Support emotional regulation
Increase mental clarity
Gently stimulate the lymphatic system
And throughout the sequence, we move every major joint.
Because: Motion is lotion.
Your joints, fascia, and nervous system need movement to stay healthy.
The Real Goal: How You Feel
Most people finish this practice feeling:
More awake More present More calm More clear More connected to themselves
Not wired. Not exhausted. Not overstimulated.
Just… good in their body.
And that matters.
When your body feels safer and more supported, everything else gets easier: Your food choices. Your emotional regulation. Your relationships. Your creativity. Your energy.
Don’t Just Watch — Join Me
You truly can’t know what this feels like by just watching.
You have to stand up. You have to move. You have to let your body experience it.
I invite you to try it today.
Give yourself 10 minutes. Notice what shifts. And see what your body has been waiting to show you.
